30-Day Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day cancellation policy, allowing you to request a cancellation within 30 days of purchasing access to our online course.

Eligibility for Cancellation

To be eligible for a cancellation and refund, you must request the cancellation within 30 days of your purchase. The access to the course must not be used or accessed beyond any introductory material.

Cancellation Process

Refunds

Once your cancellation is processed and approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your cancellation and you have not received your refund, please contact us at mark.lewin@backofficehero.com.au.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your course access upon receipt and contact us immediately if you encounter any issues, such as receiving the wrong course access or technical difficulties, so we can evaluate the problem and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Once significant portions of the course have been accessed, we cannot process a cancellation or refund.
